The theme has been announced for the 52nd Annual Little Egypt Festival Parade. It is “Agriculture Sustains Us”.
The parade will step off at two Saturday afternoon, October 7th, culminating a day of activities around the downtown area and Bryan Memorial Park.
Entry forms for the parade are now available at the front desk of WJBD-WSIQ Radio at 310 West McMackin Street or at the east security desk at the Marion County Courthouse.
The deadline to enter is Friday, September 29th, at four pm.
There is a mandatory meeting for all entries on Tuesday, October 3rd, at the Salem Public Library. Each entry must have a representative present to be allowed in the parade.
