A 26-year-old Centralia woman has been arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding Marion County felony failure to appear warrant on pending Class X delivery of 15 to 100 grams of methamphetamine and possession of the same amount of the drug. Mallory Seals of South Poplar was taken to the Marion County Jail where she is being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
A 37-year-old Salem woman has been arrested on a Clay County failure to appear traffic warrant. Shannon Foster-Hicks of North Hamilton was taken to the Marion County Jail in lieu of a $3,000 bond.
