A 43-year-old Sandoval man has pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to a misdemeanor resisting arrest charge in exchange for an aggravated battery to police officer charge being dropped.
Nathan Hull of South Oak admitted to swinging at a sheriff’s deputy after being told to stop. He was placed on two years’ probation, given credit for 56 days served in jail, ordered to undergo mental health counseling as well as a drug and alcohol evaluation and recommended treatment.
Hull had been charged in the aggravated battery count with shoving the sheriff’s deputy in the chest.
The incident occurred on May 24th.
