A 33-year-old Kell woman has been arrested on an outstanding pending warrant for retail theft and possession of a controlled substance as well as a new charge of possession of a controlled substance. Lacy Heitkamp of Morton Lane was taken to the Marion County Jail. The bond on the warrant is set at $5,000.
38-year-old Timothy Finley of Salem was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies after he was released from the Vandalia Correctional Center on an outstanding felony failure to appear warrant on a possession of methamphetamine conviction. He remained in custody in lieu of $5,000 bond.
35-year-old Ricky Hill, who told authorities he was homeless, was arrested by Odin Police on a Clinton County traffic failure to appear in court warrant. Hill was later transferred to the Clinton County Jail at Carlyle.
