Salem Township Hospital has announced that they will hold a Wellness Program on Wednesday, April 12th, where low-cost blood test vouchers will be for sale.
The vouchers will be available from seven am to five pm by driving through under the front canopy at the main entrance to Salem Township Hospital.
The cost will be the same as in the past. $40 for Executive Profile and $25 apiece for PSA and Hemoglobin A1c.
Unlike the past, there will be no expiration date on the vouchers. They can be used 24 hours a day seven days a week at the Salem Township Hospital Lab.
Hospital officials note the discounted vouchers will be on sale for one day only, April 12th.
