Salem Police have arrested a second person in connection with a Friday evening altercation at Starlight Mobile Home Park at 300 East Olive.
46-year-old Sean Dean was arrested at his residence in the mobile home park Sunday for alleged criminal damage to property. He is accused of grabbing a log and throwing it at the trunk area of a neighbor’s vehicle.
Police believe Dean threw the log at the wrong vehicle as he was upset with the victim of an earlier fight that resulted in the arrest of 56-year-old Jeffrey Holstlaw of the mobile home park. Holstlaw was given a notice to appear on a misdemeanor battery charge.
