Rams Beat Benton

Mt Vernon beat Benton 9-7.  Eli Prost had 3 hits and drove in 2, Grant Holloway also had 2 RBI.  Cale Maurer had 2 hits with an RBI, Ty Pierce added a solo homer with RBI from Max Nowak and Hayden McKee.  Pierce was the winning pitcher going 4.2 with Owen Burke getting his first save.  Catcher Jay Webb caught 2 stealing as well as the Rams even their record at 4-4.
