Centralia Police arrested three people on Saturday on weapons and drug charges.
22-year-old Seyana Lockhart-Jones of Perkins Street in Mt. Vernon and 18-year-old Jayeron Adams of Park Forest in Centralia were taken to the Marion County Jail for alleged aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a firearm without a FOID card, possession of 100 to 500 grams of cannabis, and manufacture or delivery of 30 to 500 grams of cannabis.
A 16-year-old juvenile male was arrested on the same four charges plus an additional count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held in juvenile detention pending a first court hearing on Monday.
Centralia Police have not yet released any further information on the case.
