A 43-year-old Salem man was injured in a deer-motorcycle crash late Friday night on Green Street Road near the Odin Road intersection south of Odin.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Jason Lewis of South Castle struck the deer on the front left side, causing the cycle to crash.
Lewis was taken to Salem Township Hospital by United Medical Response.
The Odin Fire Department also responded to the scene to assist.
The crash occurred at 11:15 Saturday evening.
