The Odin Village Board Thursday night gave final approval to water, sewer, and trash rates on bills that will go out at the end of the month.
The base water and sewer rate will increase 35-cents a month, with a 35-cent increase for every 1,000 gallons of water used. Trash rates will go up three dollars a month, with an extra $1 charge on those with a second container.
Odin Village officials note there has not been an increase in utility rates for three years and the increase is needed to keep up with inflation.
