10th ranked and top-seed Vincennes punched their ticket to the NJCAA National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas after winning the Region 24 District Title over John A Logan 71-70 at Rend Lake College.
Vincennes freshman Drae Vasser was named the Region 24 Player of the Year and was joined on the team by teammates Dayton Williams and Jalen Calloway. VU coach Todd Franklin was named Region Coach of the Year.

The GRAC All Conference Team was also announced. Logan’s Cam McDaniels was Player of the Year with Kaskaskia College’s Allen Myers and Myles LIdell on the list. McDaniels was also the MVP and Freshman of the year and John A Logan sophomore and Carbondale grad Decarl Payne received the Sportsmanship Award. John A Logan coach Tyler Smithpeters was named Coach of the Year.
