The Breese Central Lady Cougars are state champions for the 2nd time in program history winning the 2a title Saturday 44-28 over Byron. Taylor Trame was great as she finished with 10 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists. Lily Butler had 15 and Lexy Santel had 13 points and 9 rebounds.
In 1a, Deer Creek-Mackinaw beat Mt Pulastki 49-34. Washington won the 3a title over Glenwood 60-45. Nazareth Academy is the 4a champs after beating Loyola 55-23.
