Mt. Vernon Man Gets Five Year Sentence on Drug Delivery Charges

A 31-year-old Mt. Vernon man has been sentenced in Jefferson County Court to five years in prison on a petition to revoke his probation for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Jordan Crowder will serve the sentences concurrently.

The original charges date back to 2021.

Assistant States Attorney Brian Merrill handled the sentencing hearing.
