A 26-year-old Patoka man was injured when his four-wheeler flipped over while he was trying to make a turn on the 200 block of High Street in Alma Saturday night.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say preliminary information indicates Landon Lutz of Marshall Creek Road was initially transported to Salem Township Hospital and then airlifted to a St. Louis hospital for treatment of a head injury.
The sheriff’s department was assisted at the scene by Kinmundy-Alma Fire and United Medical Response.
The crash occurred at 8:54 Saturday evening.
