Centralia Police have arrested 34-year-old Brittany Tapp of South Elm in Centralia for aggravated domestic battery. She was taken to the Marion County Jail.
Five others were arrested on outstanding warrants.
- 64-year-old Travis Schaubert of Diamond Springs Road in Sandoval was arrested by Clinton County deputies on a Marion County no bond failure to appear major traffic warrant and transported to the Marion County Jail.
- 20-year-old Colton McCowen of North Locust in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a Marion County felony failure to appear misdemeanor warrant.
- 63-year-old Walter Hollen of Queens Avenue in Odin was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on a Marion County no bond misdemeanor warrant.
- 48-year-old Brett Madeker of South Elm in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding Fayette County warrant. He was later transferred to the Fayette County Jail in Vandalia.
- 47-year-old Mikki Thomas of Diamond Springs Road in Sandoval was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding Clinton County warrant and was transported to the Clinton County Jail at Carlyle.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of a motor vehicle from a home in the 1800 block of North Broadway. The owner made the report at 6:18 Thursday morning when she woke up and found the car was gone.
