Salem Township Hospital has scheduled its spring Wellness Program.
You’ll be able to obtain low-cost blood test vouchers on Thursday, April 9th, from seven am to five pm by driving under the front canopy of the front entrance of the hospital.
The cost of the vouchers is the same as in the past. $40 for Executive Profile and $25 for PSA and Hemoglobin A1c.
The vouchers obtained that day will not expire. Testing is done at the Salem Township Hospital Lab from six am to 6:30 pm seven days a week.
Hospital officials emphasize the vouchers can only be purchased on April ninth.
