A 35-year-old Odin man has been arrested for violation of the sex offender registration law. Brock Powell of Perkins Street was taken to the Marion County by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies to await a final decision on charges.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 55-year-old Charles Glick of Country View Drive in Salem for battery.
Two others were arrested on outstanding no bond failure to appear warrants.
- 34-year-old Zack Wooters of Clinmar Street in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding felony warrant.
- 69-year-old Jose Cruz-Briano of East Noleman was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on a major traffic warrant.
A 25-year-old Salem man was held in the Marion County Jail for the Chester Police Department. Phillip Henseler of West Olive was later released to be returned to Chester.
The Salem Fire Protection District was called to a possible gas leak early Tuesday night at 8 Lakedale Drive. The smell was discovered as the family returned home. Firemen stood by until Liberty Gas officials arrived and located a leak near the meter that was repaired.
