Centralia Police were led on a low-speed chase by a car leaving the Centralia Walmart store after the store had filed a retail theft complaint.

The driver of the car was eventually apprehended and a passenger successfully fled into a home on Selmaville Road at the conclusion of the chase.

31-year-old Jubal Dulaney of North Marion in Salem was arrested for aggravated fleeing and eluding police, driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a peace officer, obstruction of a police officer as well as several traffic tickets.   He was taken to the Clinton County Jail at Carlyle.

Centralia Police are still looking for the passenger who ran into the home.  He is wanted on retail theft charges from the Walmart Store.

Centralia Police say they picked up the suspect vehicle on West McCord after confirming the license plate number with Walmart.  The car proceeded down Jolliff Bridge Road where it refused to stop and continued onto Sandoval and Red Stripe Roads before turning onto Selmaville Road.  Speeds in that chase were sometimes as low as 25 miles per hour and never topped 45 miles per hour.
