The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host a public workshop on the water control operations of Carlyle Lake on Thursday, February 12th at 6:30 p.m. The location for the workshop will be at the Carlyle Lake Visitor Center at 795 Lake Road in Carlyle, Illinois.
This workshop aims to address dam safety and water control operations from 2025. Members of the St. Louis District 39’s U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Water Control and Dam Safety teams will deliver presentations. A question-and-answer session with the staff will follow the presentations.
