State Police report minor injuries in an approximate seven vehicle pile-up on I-57 at mile marker 92 north of the south split with I-64.
A preliminary investigation indicates the crash involved one jackknifed semi-trailer truck around 2:47 Sunday afternoon. The southbound lanes were closed until 6:30 Sunday night with traffic diverted through Mt. Vernon causing long traffic delays.
Jefferson Fire reported one person was taken to a local hospital while eight others signed refusals on the scene.
