The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has released further details on a single car wreck in the 1900 block of Walnut Hill Road southeast of Centralia early Saturday morning.
Deputies say Hailey Mullens of Eugene Drive in Central City ran off the road and came to rest in the roadside ditch.
She was initially taken to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment of injury and later transferred to a St. Louis Hospital.
Mullens was given a notice to appear for allegedly driving under the influence.
The crash was reported at 2:52 Saturday morning.
