A 21-year-old Centralia woman turned herself in at the Marion County Jail on outstanding no bond felony Marion and Clinton County warrants. Raozhana Hall-Lewis of McKee Street was held pending an appearance before a judge.
32-year-old James Garrison of South 19th in Mt. Vernon was arrested by Illinois State Police for driving on a suspended license and unlawful possession of cannabis. He was later released on a notice to appear in court.
