The Illinois State Fair is transitioning to digital ticketing for 2026. This modernization will provide guests with a more convenient, secure, and streamlined entry process.
What Fairgoers Need to Know:
- Download in advance: Fairgoers should download their tickets before arriving at the fairgrounds or save tickets to their mobile phone’s e-wallet for quick and easy entry.
- Special passes: Mega Passes and Jumbo Passes must be redeemed at the Illinois State Fair administration offices (Emmerson Building) for a photo identification card. Passes can be redeemed starting in June 2026. Please note that passes will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
