The Salem Lady Wildcats improved to 6-3 on the season with a road win at Mattoon last night 38-28. Both teams combined to shoot 44 free throws in the game, as Salem would finish 19-25. Jordan Kessler scored 14 to lead Salem. The Lady Cats are back in action Thursday night with a trip to Columbia.
South Central lost to Neoga 44-37. Kennah Hiestand had 12 in the loss and Maddie Peddicord added 8.
