Patoka/Odin rallied in the second half for a 35-30 win over Metro East Lutheran in the Pink Out Game in Odin held at Ples Wilson Gym. Lincoln Roberts led the Warriors with 14 and hit the go ahead 3 with 2.5 seconds left in the 3rd to put them ahead for good.
Woodlawn held off a furious Pinckneyville 4th quarter comeback and held off the Panthers 50-49 to win the title at the Kaskaskian Classic in Carlyle. Ty Laur had 25 in the loss. Carlyle nipped Okawville in the 3rd place game 46-45 and Greenville beat Flora in the 5th place game 53-45.
At the Marion Shootout, Effingham beat Vienna 63-53, Waltonville over Carbondale 63-35, Lawrenceville routed Meridian 80-41 and Marion over Freeburg 78-57.
At the Mount Vernon Shootout, Breese Central routed Gateway Legacy 61-37, Mt Vernon 64-49 over Alton. DeSmet beat Belleville West 83-51.
At the Galatia Shootout, Christ Our Rock lost to Soldan, Missouri 34-26.
