A 52-year-old Sandoval man is being held in the Marion County Jail on multiple charges following a Friday night police chase.
Michael Flanigan of South Locust was arrested for aggravated battery to a police officer, attempting to disarm a police officer, aggravated fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended or revoked license, no insurance, speeding 35 miles per hour over the speed limit, unlawful possession or use of a credit card, and theft of a credit card.
