The IHSA volleyball sectionals will begin on Tuesday.
Carlyle will play in the 1a Raymond Sectionals against Hardin Calhoun followed by Okawville and Gibault.
In 2a at Benton, Fairfield will take on Massac County. Wesclin is the site for Effingham versus Columbia followed by Althoff and Nashville.
At the Triad 3a Sectional, Taylorville gets their shot at the top ranked Mater Dei Lady Knights followed by Mascoutah and Chatham Glenwood.
The O’Fallon 4a Sectional will see Edwardsville take on Belleville East.
