The City of Centralia Veterans Affairs Committee will hold a Veteran Resource Fair on Friday, November 7th, from nine to noon.
The event will be held at the Centralia VFW on South Pine Street.
Information will be available from government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses that offer services for Veterans and their families. An Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs representative will be a guest speaker starting at nine a.m. The Marion County Health Department will also be on hand to offer blood pressure screenings.
The event is free of charge. Refreshments will be served. Veterans, family members of veterans and caregivers are invited to attend.
