A Centralia home received minor damage from fire Wednesday morning following a series of events.
Centralia Fire Chief Jeff Day says a power line outside the Michael Johnson home at 804 South Hickory fell for an unknown reason and hit a cable line leading to the house. The power line electrified the cable line which then started a fire in the outside wall that it was connected.
The fire was confined to a small area of siding with damaged placed at $200.
The call came in at 10:25 Wednesday morning.
