A 51-year-old Iuka woman was injured when her car ran off Route 37 south of Salem Sunday night.
Preliminary information from the Marion County Sheriff’s Department indicates Michelle Brashear of Propes Road was northbound when she left the road and ran into the roadside ditch. She was taken to Salem Township Hospital for treatment by United Medical Response.
Salem Fire Protection was also called to the scene to assist, but Brashear was out of the vehicle before their arrival.
