A 41-year-old Salem woman was arrested by Salem Police Monday night for aggravated battery to a police officer and criminal damage to state supported property. Police say Holly Greenlee of Roddy Road had been asked to leave an apartment in Glenwood Acres when she allegedly began tearing up the apartment. When an officer intervened, Greenlee is accused of striking him in the chest. Greenlee was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on charges.
Centralia Police arrested 41-year-old Donald Seely of Hugo Road in Centralia on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant.
