A 33-year-old rural Kell man declined hospital treatment for minor injuries sustained in a pickup truck rollover crash early Monday morning on the South Hotze Road south of the Red Stripe Road intersection southwest of Salem.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Dylan Higgins of Morton Road was no longer with the vehicle when they and the Salem Fire Protection District arrived on the scene shortly after three Monday morning. He was found walking about a mile away.
Higgins was ticketed for driving under the influence and was given a notice to appear in court.
