A 33-year-old Salem man was injured in a side-by-side rollover in rural Iuka on Saturday afternoon.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies say Rocky Robinette of South Franklin was lying on Quail Run Road near Kinmundy Road when they arrived on the scene.
Robinette was reportedly conscious and breathing, but was reporting chest pain and other injuries.
Both the Iuka Fire Department and United Medical provided first aid on the scene before Robinette was transported to an Air Evac Helicopter that landed nearby to transfer him to a St. Louis hospital.
There was only minimal damage to the four-wheeler.
The crash occurred at 3:49 Saturday afternoon.
