Centralia Police arrested 28-year-old Jermiah Lyday of South 33rd in Mt. Vernon for stalking and criminal damage to property. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a final decision on charges and a first court appearance.
Marion County Sheriff Kevin Cripps arrested 47-year-old Billy McCoy of Seven Hills Road in Vernon for driving on a revoked license after allegedly pacing McCoy traveling 72 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone on the Tonti Road around five Thursday evening. McCoy was stopped as he pulled into a driveway and was taken into custody without incident. He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was also being held for a drug court sanction.
Centralia Police arrested 50-year-old Brad Schulte of North Poplar in Centralia for domestic battery.
24-year-old Kheandre Hatchett of East St. Louis was transported back to the Marion County Jail from St. Clair County on no-bond outstanding Marion and Clinton County failure to appear warrants.
