Mt Vernon won the Carbondale 2a regional shooting 316 and will advance along with Benton 318 and Carterville 320. Xander Ashby was medalist shooting 70.
St Anthony won the Effingham Regional shooting 291 and advance along with Effingham and Olney who both shot 302. Olney’s Ayden Nealis was the medalist shooting 70.
Highland won at Taylorville shooting 300 and will move on to sectionals with Chatham Glenwood 316 and Alton Marquette 318. Marquette senior Carson Jones shot 69 to take medalist honors.
