Yesterday, Salem was the site for the Oil Belt Conference cross country meet.
The Selmaville varsity girls were 1st with all 5 in the top 12. Gabby Harper was conference champion, Karmen Murray 3rd, McKenzie Mulvany 4, Grace Rau 7 and Tagen Patton finished 11th.
Izac Holsapple was 2nd for the varsity boys and Matt Blackburn 8th.
The JV boys won the event taking the top 7 spots. Lucas Howe was 1st followed by Max Bookhout, Zeke Thompson, Remi Carroll, Ryder Lawson, Eli Holsapple and Brantley Carroll.
The JV girls were 2nd. Kailey Meredith won the race, Bella Bodeker 3rd, Hadleigh Sapp 5, Briella Handegan 9, Kynleigh Handegan 11 and Willow Webster 13.
