A 13-year-old Centralia juvenile boy was transported to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia for treatment of injuries after his mini-bike slammed into a car.

Centralia Police say the crash occurred at Gragg and Maple Streets early Monday evening.  Police report the juvenile was traveling southbound on Maple and failed to stop at the stop sign on Gragg Street and hit the bumper of a car driven by 22-year-old Chase Neudecker of Calumet Street in Centralia.

The juvenile was transported to the hospital by Life Star Ambulance.  Neudecker was not injured.

The juvenile was ticketed for traveling too fast for conditions and improperly riding a mini-bake on a roadway.

The crash occurred at 5:36 Monday night.

The Centralia City Fire Department also assisted on the scene.
