Mabree Phelps was dominant in the circle ringing up14 strikeouts as Patoka advanced to the regional finals with a 10-4 win over Rome.  Trailing 3-1 in the bottom of the 4th, Patoka scored five runs on four hits in the inning with the big blow being a Clare Payne triple that scored two.  Lillian Becker had 3 hits with Phelps and Jessa Thalman adding multi-hit games.

Patoka will take on Selmaville on Monday after their 11-1 semifinal win over Raccoon.  Gabby Goostree won her record 20th game of the season throwing a no-hitter and striking out 13.  She also went 2-2 with a solo home run.  Alana Howe scored twice, Gwen Goostree had 3 hits and 3 runs, Khaeler Williams also drove in 2 and Karmen Murray had an RBI.  Selmaville is 22-4 and will take on Patoka Monday afternoon at 4:30 at the Little League Complex.
