The Salem Community High School Board of Education heard at last night’s meeting that their official enrollment numbers for this year is at 694. That puts them below the 700 student threshold for certain sports classification and due to the IHSA changing their reclassifications to every year, Salem will see some post season changes. They will now be 2a in Volleyball, boys and girls Basketball as well as baseball/softball for this year.
