The Class L baseball regionals open up today. In Region 7 at Franklin Park, the host Bobcats will open up at 2pm against Carlyle in one semifinal followed by Wesclin and Centralia at 4:10. The winner will play in Thursday’s regional final for a trip to state.
At Casey Mt Vernon, Benton and Hamilton County will play in one semi, Central West Frankfort and Casey Mt Vernon will play in the other.
In Class S Region 8 at Woodlawn, Fairfield and Albion play followed by Woodlawn and Spring Garden.
Also In Class S today at Patoka, its Rome and Iuka followed by Patoka and Central City.
