A 52-year-old Mt. Vernon man has been arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies for resisting arrest with injuries and failure to provide ID following a traffic stop on his motorcycle.
Brian Weber was stopped for questioning after allegedly being at the Marion County Fairgrounds earlier in the evening, where he reportedly attempted to take a dog that was a participant in the Raccoon Hunt underway this weekend.
A deputy received facial injuries, but did not require hospital treatment.
