Franklin Park softball returns to action today when they host Olney for 8th grade night. Salem snapped their long losing skid with a 7-6 win over Casey Mt Vernon. Skylar Gaston struck out 9 in the win. Breanna Pennypacker had 3 hits, Brinn Detmer added 2. McKinleigh Parker and Josey Gibson added singles. Pennypacker and Detmer drove in 2 runs each with Gaston and Parker adding RBI.

Nashville doubled up Chester 8-4 and Summersville lost to Ewing 9-8.
