Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested 47-year-old Michael Doran of Apple Ridge Road in Iuka for aggravated fleeing and eluding police. Reports indicate Doran was clocked on U.S. 50 in Sandoval traveling at 90 miles per hour. After deputies terminated the pursuit, Doran was stopped by the Sandoval Police. The incident occurred at 1:32 Saturday morning. Doran was released on a notice to appear in court.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 40-year-old Kendra Schoreck of Mary Lane in Iuka for alleged domestic battery. She remains in the Marion County Jail.
39-year-old Jennifer Lomax of South Isle in Sandoval was arrested by Illinois State Police for alleged driving under the influence. She was given a notice to appear in court.
42-year-old Brett Alcorn, who told police he was homeless from Centralia, was arrested by Sandoval Police for resisting arrest. He was later released pending further court action.
A 21-year-old Louisville, IL resident, Garion Sheriden, was transferred from the Clay County Jail to the Marion County Jail on an outstanding Marion County warrant. He appeared in Marion County Court a short time later and was placed on one year of court supervision.
