Salem Police have arrested Timothy Finley for criminal trespass to the Toss and Wash Laundry on West Main Street where he was earlier banned.
Due to violating three pre-trial release agreements on other charges, police took Finley to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on formal charges and a first appearance in court.
Finley told police he was homeless.
