Three people are being held in the Marion County Jail after being arrested on outstanding warrants.
- 27-year-old Dakota Carter of Washington Street in Centralia was returned to Marion County via prisoner transport on outstanding Marion County traffic and Fayette County traffic and misdemeanor warrants. Bond on the warrants total $10,500.
- 24-year-old Cameron Deadmond of South Oak in Sandoval was arrested by Sandoval Police on an outstanding no bond Marion County domestic violence warrant and a Cumberland County felony warrant.
- 47-year-old Amanda Hoffman, who told police she was homeless, was arrested by Wamac Police on an outstanding Marion County no bond felony warrant.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department and Odin Police are investigating a burglary to a home in the 400 block of DeWolfe Street in Odin. The owner said he returned home and found his doors and locks open and a stove and other items missing.
Centralia Police have two theft complaints under investigation. A saddle bag was stolen from a motorcycle at East Calumet and South Locust Street on August 3rd. The Centralia Water Treatment Plant reported a theft from a vehicle in their parking lot on August 4th.
