Fire destroyed a standalone garage and two cars at 235 North Morrisson in Central City on Thursday morning.
Flames were already coming through the roof when firefighters arrived.
One car parked inside the garage and another parked outside also caught fire. Firemen kept the fire from spreading to the home, but the siding on one side melted.
The Centralia Fire Protection District responded and received mutual aid from the Centralia Fire Department.
