The Centralia High School Board has set the special meeting to discuss joining the Cahokia Athletic Conference for seven Thursday night in the board room.
Superintendent Chuck Lane wanted the session to gain public input on moving from the South Seven Conference. He earlier announced they had been invited to join the Cahokia Conference. Lane says one of the reasons for making the change is the district's drop in enrollment while other South Seven Schools are growing.
The board could take action after the discussion.
