Salem Police say a disagreement between drivers involved in a minor crash in the 100 block of East Main in front of the Marion County Courthouse Monday morning resulted in one being arrested for battery.
28-year-old Paige Hossler of Myers Road in Centralia is accused of shoving 64-year-old Michael Luety after Luety rear-ended Hossler’s car in the minor crash.
Salem Police say there were no injuries in the crash or disagreement that followed. Hossler was given a notice to appear in court.
The crash occurred at nine Monday morning.
