Iuka Firemen say the operator a sprayer boom was not injured when the boom became caught in live power lines in the 6500 block of Cedar Road in Iuka late Wednesday afternoon.
Chief Kenny Eagan says the boom was operated by Erin Donoho of Iuka.
After it was caught in the lines, the electricity caught a tire of the sprayer on fire. Firemen stood by until Tri-County Electric crews could free the sprayer and it could be driven out of the lines.
The only damage was the burned flat tire.
