Three people were brought to the Marion County Jail on Wednesday on outstanding no bond warrants.
39-year-old Jacob Heern of Linden Street in Centralia was arrested on a failure to appear major traffic warrant. He was released on pre-trial conditions after going to court.
43-year-old Candie Napoli of North Poplar in Centralia was arrested on a no bond failure to appear felony warrant.
49-year-old Amos Winters, who told Centralia Police he was homeless, was arrested on a felony failure to appear warrant.
State Police arrested two on drug charges. 55-year-old Amy Moghadam of D’Ann Drive was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 45-year-old Kelly Schuchmann of East 15th in Centralia was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Both were given notices to appear in court.
